Our silicon targets, both poly and single crystalline available, have two kinds of purities, 99.999%min. and 99.9999%min.

For Si of 99.999% min., the regular resistivity is below 0.02Ω·cm.
For Si of 99.9999% min. , the resistivity has larger ranges, which can be controled according to your requirements.

However the price will be different. For example the price of resistivity below 0.02Ω·cm is lower than that between 0.2~2Ω·cm.

  
Besides, the sizes that can be supplied have a range with the length within 300mm, width within 125mm and thickness between 2-20mm.
When our customers require larger sizes, we will advise them using many tile construction to form one set.
